1. I've heard of people taking "fitness breaks". What are the benefits?

Taking a fitness break increases productivity and reduces stress.  Research tells us that regular exercise makes you feel better and more energized.  It increases oxygen flow to the body and helps you metabolize your intake of food.

2. What's the difference between Yoga and Pilates?

Yoga and Pilates have both become increasingly popular.  They do differ in approach but what they both have in common is that they help build strength and flexibility.  Also they help in reducing cortical, the stress hormone that is linked to abdominal fat.

3. I'm too tired to exercise. Any suggestions?

Guess what?  The best way to boost energy is exercise.  Various studies have found that just 10 minutes of brisk walking can increase your energy for up to two hours.

Have no time to exercise?  Break it down.  Better to do short high intensity bursts than nothing at all.  In fact there is evidence to support that three 10 minute sessions can lower triglyceride fats better than 30 minute continuous sessions.

1. What fruit contributes to healthy skin, a strong immune system and prevents cancer?

Mangoes are an excellent source of Vitamin C and contain the antioxidant carotenoid beta-carotene which may act as a cancer preventative by neutralizing free radicals.

2. Why are blueberries considered a superfood?

Because they are an excellent source of Vitamin C, Vitamin K, manganese and a great source of fibre.  And they are only 80 calories per cup!

3. What is it about peaches that makes them a great food choice?

Peaches are only 40 calories per cup.  They are also a great source of Vitamin C and antioxidants including carotenoids and phenolics which help neutralize free radicals.

4. Why are raspberries good for me?

Raspberries do more than just taste good.  They are good for your heart health.  They are a top source of fibre and are high in Vitamin C and manganese.  Just one cup supplies a good source of Vitamin K.  They are also an antioxidant superfood.  Research has shown that raspberry extract can inhibit certain kinds of cancers such as oral, breast and colon cancer.

5. I love the taste of strawberries. What else do they do for me, other than taste incredible?

MOOV™ Frozen Fruit does not have a long shelf life but always pay attention to the "best before" date.

7. Can I refreeze MOOV™ Frozen Fruit?

Keep MOOV™ Frozen Fruit in the freezer until you are ready to use it and use as soon as possible after thawing.  Do not refreeze.
